I have to move it, move it, MOVE IT!!
That is my new focus… getting in some exercise as I know I can handle the food side of this caper (just need to keep a strict eye on the portion sizes but don’t we all?).
I decided that I will aim for +10000 steps per day but failed miserably yesterday with only managing 5770, just over half way. I guess that’s 5770 more steps than sitting on my arse on the couch even though that’s not the point.
Anyhow I am still positive and motivated……
Day 2 Menu:
Breakfast:

1 slice of wholegrain toast – 2ppt
140g SPC Spaghetti – 3ppt
1 tbs Maggi Hot Chilli Sauce – 1ppt
Snack:
Rockmelon – 0ppt
Lunch:
Lean Cuisine Mexican Beef with Rice and Tortillas – 10ppt
Lettuce and cucumber – 0ppts
Snack:
Strawberries – 0ppt
Dinner:
Sweet and Spicy Beef Noodles - 10ppt
Total 27 ppts
