Doing well – still sticking within ppts daily (haven’t used any stash ppts) yet but hey it’s almost the weekend.
Tonight we are have the Caribbean Style Pork Cutlets with Rice Salad from the new WW Cookbook Eat and Enjoy… after dinner tonight I will menu plan for next week as we are busy Friday night, the night I normally sit down and do it.
Do you menu plan your day, your week or not at all? I am addicted to menu planning, every Monday I post up our menu over at Welcome to the House Of Murray (our family blog) – I hate the weeks when I travel for more than 1 – 2 days with work as it throws my menu planning out of whack. Oh well…

Day 3 Menu:

140g SPC Spaghetti – 3ppt
1 tbs Maggi Hot Chilli Sauce – 1ppt
Snack:
Banana – 0ppt
Lunch:
¾ serve Sweet and Spicy Beef Noodles – 8ppts
Snack:
Strawberries – 0ppt
Dinner:
Stuffed Mushroom – 3ppt
Total 26ppts
