Yes I had a loss - two weeks (no meeting due to Easter) and I lost. Infact a good loss of 3kgs. I am really happy with myself for several reasons.
Firstly I had already planned not to let Easter or the fact of being away and out of rountine/familiar surroundings ruin my goal.
Secondly, considering how things turned out and with all the family dramas - I didn't turn to food or alcohol I just focussed on me and what I needed to do to get through the ugly situation.
I enjoyed being able to brag about the 3kg loss in my meeting although admitting that the weekend was awful brought me to tears infront of the other members. Super Sam as usual comforted me after the meeting and told me to continue to put me first.
That is the really key I believe - I have to put me first! I am the important one! I am the only one that can do this for me so I need to put myself front and centre and focus.....
This week's goals are to track, step +10000 daily and exercise at least 3 times this week.

Congrats on your loss! Fantastic achievement, especially given you've had a tough time.
Don't mean to intrude.. but have you considered sitting your husband down and having a serious chat about weight loss, how important is to you, how important it is to the family, and sort of, MAKING him see sense? I feel like it would be a whole lot easier for you if he were on board too, and you'd be setting good examples for the kids.
