A loss..... not much but it's still a loss!

After two weeks of somewhat controlled eating for which I cannot say was completely guilt free I managed to pull off a small loss. The result - a loss of 900 grams. YAY!!

So it was back to the grindstone today and I have set myself the goal of shifting 5kgs before heading to Sydney for the Easter Long Weekend in April. It will be hard, I am not going to kid myself, considering I do have some social functions coming up between now and then.

Tracking is going to become a habit... I purchased a new tracker and will write in it daily - good and BAD!

Exercise needs to become a priority... I have challenged myself to at least do 10000 steps daily but I know that overall that will not be enough. I keep looking at my treadmill and I am seriously considering dusting it off!!

Anyhow I know I need to do what is required otherwise I will not achieve my biggest desire - healthiness and happiness within myself.

I actually think I am ready......

Hi Jo,
900grams OMG that is a great loss, you should be really proud of yourself for achieving that. I know how hard it is to come back from a funk, but you are doing it and you are losing again so congrats.

I think dusting off the treadmill sounds like a great idea :)
