
Not only will points values change and there will be a lot of reprogramming my brain which is imprinted with so many previous points values but I am taking this as a chance for a fresh start - you know once again wipe the slate clean and start again. In fact I was given a new passbook that starts with WEEK 1!!!!
I did also manage a 500g loss this week which was brilliant considering I lived out of a motel for 3 nights last week and I know some of my choices were definitely not the best!
HOWEVER: Total loss on the old points system.... 5.8kgs in a ridiculous 60 weeks. Just under 100 grams a week!! I know it is Weight Watchers want you to loose weight at a slow and steady pace but that is just taking the piss a little I think!
So as of today I am back to 100% tracking and 200% honestly and have decided that my time has come!! My time has come to complete this weight loss journey and achieve what I really want to achieve.... GOAL WEIGHT!!
WOOHOO.... bring it on I say!
