Summary - I have had a busy and unorganised week. The school holidays have thrown me and I failed. Thankfully back to school as of yesterday and my beloved routine has returned.
The result of an unorganised week, bad food choices and an overindulgent week before saw a gain of 0.8kgs on the scales but I am okay with that.
Total lost in 2 weeks: 1.1kgs.
Today is a fresh start - the beginning of a new week.
