Week 2 Day 2

Today was my first day since starting my 6 week challenge that I spent the day in the car! And of course the day started off dramatically with me waking up late and needing to be on the road almost instantly.

I did okay considering but could have done a LOT better.

Breakfast ~ 5.5 pts:
1/4 cup skim milk (plus 1 coffee) - 0.5pts
Ham cheese and tomato sandwich on Rye (from takeaway shop) - 5pts

Lunch - 8pts:
1/2 box noodles from noodle shop - 8pts
diet coke - 0pts

Dinner - 8 pts:
Hot and Saucy Steak (STGTBT) - 5pts
Potato, Carrot and Onion Bake - 3pts
Roasted Cherry Tomatoes - 0pts

Total: 21.5/19

Lesson learnt today - I NEED TO BE ORGANISED!!!!
