Not only is today the last day of week one but it's also D-Day where I get to face the scales at my meeting at 5pm. Vera isn't joining me tonight as she has something she needs to do with her family but I am going to brave the scales. I have too............

forme yoghurt small tub - 1 pt
1/4 cup skim milk and coffee - 0.5pts
Lunch - 5pts:
Cheese and Salad Roll - 5pts
Dinner - 9pts
Roast Lamb with potatoes, pumpkin, carrots and broccoli, mint sauce and gravy - 9pts
Snacks - 0.5pts:
1 punnet strawberries - 0.5pts
Total: 20/20 pts
Exercise 0pts:
Total steps for day: 5766
And the much awaited outcome....... tonight the scales showed -1.9kgs!!! OMG what an outcome.... I am VERY VERY HAPPY!!
