Week 1 Day 1

Okay so 5kgs in 6 weeks.... with the main focus on tracking!!

So here is today's tracker:

Breakfast - 5pts:
1 x yakult light - 0.5pts
40 grams cereal - 2.5pts
forme yoghurt small tub - 1 pt
1/4 cup skim milk and coffee - 0.5pts
1 punnet strawberries - 0.5pts

Lunch - 4.5pts:
Authentic Asian Prawn Wonton Soup with Noodles - 4.5pts

Dinner - 7pts
Crunchy Nut Chicken - 4.5pts
Cauliflower Cheese - 2.5pts
Carrots - 0pts
Roasted Cherry Tomatoes - 0pts

Snacks - 5pts:
1 x WW Nibbles - 1pts
1 x Chocolate Yogo - 2 pts (not sure why I ate this?)
1 x white wine and soda - 2pts

Total: 21.5/20 pts

Exercise 0.5pts:
10 min walk
Total steps for day: 7726

So I went over by 1 point today but I am REALLY REALLY HAPPY with myself!!

Well done Jo, focus on 1 day at a time and before you know it you will be at those scales and posting about your good loss. Weight loss is so much about mindset isnt' it? Martine
