After weeks of yo-yoing with weight loss then weight gain I really felt I needed to sit and chat with her.
The ever lovely Sam told me she knows that I can do this and said that she has faith in me!! Feeling better we then discussed what should be the next step.
Besides getting back on track and losing weight being my ultimate goals Sam challenged me to set a goal and stick to it. Sam set the time frame of 6 weeks and asked me what I would like to achieve. 5kgs sounds achievable and considering my social life from hell in the next 3 months it's something that will help me focus.
Now today is Day 1 and I am armed with my food and my tracker.
I will not fail - I won't let myself!!

Jo, there is no doubt you can do this. I have started WW again but am fortunate to have a lot of the WW girls I know go to my new meeting. I have set myself 4 losses in a row, I always find that this is a good challenge as well. Best of luck mate, I know it is frustrating but just take one day at a time, or 1 hour if need be.
