Project "ME" became Project "MEltdown"

Yep you read the title of this post correct!!

ME turned into MEltdown with me completely falling off the wagon and having what I can only describe as a food and alcohol fest last week while travelling with work!

I didn't weigh in on Monday evening and it's not because I couldn't - it's because I just didn't want to face the scales. Isn't it strange how we can all be terrified of seeing those numbers especially when we fear they will be on the rise?

OK so what's next????

CHANGE is next and quick smart. I cannot continue doing this without it having any consequence to me! I know this needs to be done it's just a matter of me doing it!

SO HOW IS IT GOING TO HAPPEN? It's going to happen because I am going to make it happen. Infact last night I started. I went to Zumba with my lovely friend Tanya and that was an hour where not only did I work up a sweat but I felt great that I was doing something for me.

Feel free to BOOT me up the BUM when I falter... I need all the help I can get!!

Jo, been there done that. Gained 8 kilos in 6 weeks. Back to square 1 but luckily going with some great girls to another WW meeting. Put a line in the sand, concentrate on one day at a time, secondly - be kind to yourself. God I understand. Sending positive vibes your way. Contemplating Zumba on Friday. Scared out of my mind. I was a little worried about zumba but I laughed my ar$e off, even shook the booty, worked up a sweat but more importantly had fun. GO FOR IT!!

Awwww Jo, I think you're already booting yourself up the bum, but I will say yay that you're on the way to changing things around, go you! You can and will do it because YOU WANT TO! Keep it up hun :)

Work travel is the worst for staying on track. It's such a pain in the bum not being able to eat normally - everything has to come from a restaurant or cafe.

I just spent two days in Hobart. All I wanted to do was eat a crappy little lean cuisine in my room but the hotel we have to use doesn't have a microwave!

I'm not sure where you have to stay for work trips but we both need to find something that works!

Next time I might just live on room service food - at least it keeps me away from the buffet breakfasts and all that bacon!
