Not to busy though to stop and think about some things I have been tempted to do (mind you only some things!!) BUT I haven't been 100% focussed either.
Not that I want to use excuses but between having my mam staying with us, two work trips (both overnight), my cousins visiting, a few dinners here and there, junior football - infact the list can go on and on.... bottom line is they were all my choices, right?
I didn't go to my meeting last night or in fact, last week either! I weighed last night and was down 1.6kgs since my last weigh in... so that's not too shabby and I will take the loss.
Start Weight (SW): 93.9kgs
Goal Weight (GW): 59kgs
Current Weight (CW): 87.4kgs
Total loss (TL): -6.5 kgs
Left Arm: 35cms (-0.0cms)
Right Arm: 35.5cms (-0.5cms)
Bust: 118cms (-2.0cms)
Waist: 112cms (-2.0cms)
Hips: 114cms (-0.0cms)
Left Thigh: 61cms (-1.0cms)
Right Thigh: 60.5cms (-0.5cms)
Some little changes... thankfully all in the right direction.
PLANS FOR THIS WEEK:
~ track 100%
~ ensure I have enough water
~ stick to my menu plan
~ choose wisely on Thursday night at the pub
~ cut down my alcohol intake
~ take healthy food to the football club so I don't eat/pick all day.
